Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Linkable (Axplotech Technologies) website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
- Acceptance: By clicking "Join Now," "Sign Up," or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are at least [e.g., 16 or 18] years of age and are otherwise legally qualified to enter into and form contracts under applicable law.
User Accounts and Membership
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and current information for your account and profile. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
- Single Account: You are limited to one active account on the Platform.
- Non-Transferable: Your account and membership are non-transferable.
User-Generated Content (UGC)
Since a networking site relies heavily on user-created content (profiles, posts, messages, etc.), this section is vital.
- Definition: "User Content" means any text, graphics, photos, or other materials you upload, post, link to, or otherwise make available through the Service.
- Ownership and Responsibility: You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You confirm that you have all the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content as described in these Terms.
- License to Linkable (Axploretech Technologies): By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process your information and User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service. This is standard for social platforms to be able to display your profile and posts.
- Content Disclaimer: We do not pre-screen or monitor User Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content.
Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines (Prohibited Conduct)
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Unlawful or Harmful Activity: Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others, including, but not limited to, harassment, stalking, bullying, or defamation.
- Misrepresentation: Create a false identity, misrepresent your current or previous positions, qualifications, or affiliations, or upload content that is false, misleading, or deceptive.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights.
- Commercial Spam/Solicitation: Transmit "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or unsolicited commercial advertisements, including excessive promotion of your own or a third party's business or services, unless explicitly permitted by the Service (e.g., in a dedicated marketing group).
- Security Violations: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including uploading viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Data Scraping: Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated process to access, retrieve, or index any portion of the Service or its data.
- Pornography/Hate Speech: Post content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.
- Service Ownership: The Service, its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Linkable and its licensors.
- Limited License to User: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms or we have a reasonable belief that your continued use of the Service would cause us harm.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
- Survival: All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall survive termination.
- Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
