Subscription Refund Policy


1. General Policy Overview

Linkable (Axploretech Technologies) ("The Platform," "We," "Us") provides immediate access to digital, subscription-based networking tools, content, and features ("The Service") upon payment. Due to the nature of digital subscription services, all fees for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable.

This policy outlines the specific circumstances under which a refund may be requested and granted.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only under the following limited circumstances:

A. Free Trial Charges

If you signed up for a free trial and were charged for the first billing cycle because you forgot to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following strict conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within seven (7) days of the initial charge date.
  • You have not accessed or used any premium features, tools, or benefits (Local Search & Global Search) after the initial charge date.
B. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you can provide proof of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, an overcharge, or a charge for a subscription you did not intend to purchase, we will investigate and, if verified, issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following fees, services, and circumstances are NOT eligible for a refund:

Used Time We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for any unused time on a monthly subscription plan. If you cancel, your premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation Timing Failure to cancel your subscription or free trial before the renewal date, outside of the 7-day trial exception, does not qualify for a refund.
Billing Cycle Fees Fees paid for the current monthly or annual billing cycle, where the user has already utilized the premium features.
Account Termination If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, you are not eligible for any refund for the remainder of your subscription term.
Purchases via Third Parties If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store), you must request a refund directly from that platform, as their refund policies govern the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted through our official support email i.e. support@axploretech.com. Our team will review your request against the eligibility criteria (Section 2) within [e.g., 5-10] business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, the funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund processing times typically take [e.g., 5-10] business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
  • The issuance of any refund does not guarantee a future refund in a similar situation.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops the automatic renewal charge for the next billing cycle. It does not automatically initiate a refund for the current cycle. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions in your Account Settings under "Subscriptions & Payments."

7. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
